Remeker Gouda – Kaasfort
This cheese is made in the heart of the Netherlands, the Gelderse Valley. The raw milk is produced by Jersey cows. who are known to have good milk production with a high protein content. In addition, the milk also contains more carotene. The end result is a very creamy cheese, which has a beautiful intense yellow color due to the carotene. In doing so, the family decided in 2004 to keep everything as natural as possible. This means

• Get no: concentrate feed, vaccinations, antibiotics, etc.
• As little salt addition as possible
This combined with the respect with which the family treats the land makes for a pure and honest cheese.
